The same hammock as above, except that the Currambera160 is big enough and strong enough for a comfortable game of doubles. The laying area is 160x240cm.
If you prefer this hammock with bars, you can have just that. This hammock is held open by strong spreader bars. The cotton fabric is of the same durable quality as the other Currambera hammocks. The laying area is 110x210cm, so plenty of room for one person.
Like the hanging chair above, but siginificantly bigger. This means you can put your legs and feet inside too, which is great.
Rules of thumb for hammock chairs:
1. The larger the chair, the greater its comfort
2. The spreader bars open the hammock chair: the longer the spreader bar the more elbow-room and the more freedom of movement for the body, also allowing a wider variety of sitting positions.
3. The length of the seat (for woven hammock chair this represents the width of the cloth from selvedge to selvedge) determines primarily which parts of the body can be supported.
What you should know:
100-130cm seat length = Hammock chair allows room for back and backside.
140-170cm seat length = Hammock chair has plenty of room for back and backside, head is supported.
180cm+ seat length = Even the legs fit in to the chair.
