Delivering Your Hammock

Delivery is free of charge to following European countries.

UK , Sweden, France, Germany, Denmark.

It takes 3-4 days to deliver your hammocks. We use a variety of courier firms depending on which country you are in - Schenker, DHL , MWS etc.

Within a day after you have ordered your hammocks, we will email you with tracking information so you can track the delivery of your hammock yourself.

Your hammocks will be delivered within working hours. We are sorry that we can not be more specific with the delivery time. However it is often possible to leave a note on your door instructing the driver to leave the package somewhere safe or with a neighbour.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card. You should phone the number on this card, and you will be able to either arrange re-delivery or go and collect your hammocks from the local depot. It shouldn't usually be more than a short drive from where you live.
