1. How quickly will i receive my order ?

2. Can i return it if i dont like it, and what will it cost me?
Yes, and we don't charge for delivery so you are only responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. read more here.

3. I have a gap of X , which hammock should i choose ?
As a general rule , look at the overall length of the hammock, and if the gap you have is between 5meters longer and 10cm shorter, then the gap is fine.

4. Can I screw your hooks in to wood/brick/concrete ?
Yes, our hammock and hanging chair wall and ceiling hooks are designed to fit in to any solid structure. So long as it is possible to drill holes that will firmly hold rawl plugs , you will be fine.

5. Who are you ?

6. Are your hammocks ethically produced ?
Yes, La Siesta, the manufacturer say the following... "We distribute arts and crafts steeped in tradition, we employ people in countries of low social standards and we use environmental resources. We are conscious of the responsibility tied to this and have always - together with our partners - successfully managed to stand up for fair remuneration, against child labour and an environmentally sound production."
